My name is Charlotte Burlingame, a high school junior driven by a love of teen stories. I'm building a digital literary magazine to amplify those voices, inspired by the transformative power of reading that captivated me as a child. From my early attempts at writing my current novel, I know the importance of having a platform. I want to create that space for other young writers. My favorite authors include Rick Riordan, R.F. Kuang, Holly Jackson, and Tahereh mafi.

My name is Elizabeth Chang, and my favorite type of writing is narrative. I fell in love with writing after being an avid reader for many years. Authors who have inspired me include Jane Austen, the Bronte sisters, C.S. Lewis, and more. I love the aspect of storytelling and its creative freedom. I love stories that are thought provoking and convey the human condition. I am interested in many forms of writing including critical essays, novels, short stories, screenplays, etc. 

Assistant Judge

My name is Sam Davidson; I’m a junior in high school who’s in love with all literature. I am co-founder and president of my school’s Between the Lines Classical Book Club, a flourishing club that emphasizes the exploration of modern themes within classical literature. I am in the process of publishing my debut novel, a political fantasy that discusses the corruption that resides in the pursuit of power. I enjoy a variety of genres, ranging from philosophy to classical to romantasy, and am excited to be part of this project!
